Native to the heath and woodlands of Western Australia, Purple Haze™ is a unique Grevillea that forms a stunning compact shrub. Its intriguing. purple/mauve flowers occur for most of the year and are prominently displayed on trailing flower stems that emerge from the attractive blue/green foliage.

Purple HazeTM is grafted onto a hardy rootstock making it adaptable to most

growing conditions throughout Australia. It thrives in full sun or part shade,

is tolerant to frosts and is very drought tolerant.

When planting, dig a hole twice the size of the container and back fill the loose soil into the hole so that the soil level of the plant is the same height as the surrounding soil. Water well and mulch after planting. Fertilise annually with low phosphorus fertiliser for native plants do not use manure.

Purple Haze™ doesn't require much pruning but take care to remove any

rootstock shoots that may arise on the stem below the graft union when the

plant is young.
