Plant Care

Plant in fertile, well-drained, slightly acidic soil enriched with organic matter. Choose a part shade or filtered sun position protected from harsh afternoon sun and drying winds. Water regularly during establishment and during extended dry periods, particularly while buds and flowers are developing. Mulch well to conserve moisture and maintain a cool root zone. Feed with a fertiliser formulated for Camellias and other acid-loving plants after flowering. Prune lightly after flowering if shaping is required.
