Ceropegia woodii, commonly known as Chain of Hearts or String of Hearts, is a popular easy-care houseplant prized for its long, slender trailing stems and distinctive heart-shaped foliage. The attractive leaves are patterned with silver-grey markings over deep green and often feature contrasting purple tones underneath. Plant Care

Position in bright indirect light for the best foliage colour and compact growth. Plant in a free-draining potting mix and allow the soil to dry between waterings, as Chain of Hearts does not tolerate constantly wet soil. Water less frequently during the cooler months. Avoid harsh afternoon sun and protect from frost. Trim excessively long stems if required to encourage a fuller plant, and feed lightly with a liquid indoor plant fertiliser during spring and summer.
