Garlic Australian Purple – Single Bulb

This cultivar is good raw and cooked with a moderate heat, pleasant aroma and sweet flavour.

Plant Details

•  Sunny, well-drained position.
• Height: 35 - 40cm
• Separate and plant individual cloves pointy end up, fully covering them with no more than 3cm of soil at 15cm apart.
• Do not mulch to avoid the bulb being down to deep.
• Do not feed heavily.
• After 6 weeks growth, apply alight spray of a liquid fertilizer monthly.
• Ensures oil is moist, but not wet.
• Plant between March & May.
