Planting: Plant in Autumn in rich organic soil in a sunny position. Divide the garlic into its cloves and plant them 5cm deep in well worked soil.
Harvesting: The garlic is dug in the late Spring or Summer when leaves have turned yellow. Allow to dry off and harden before storing them.
