Grevillea Metal Red
Grevillea hybrid (banksil 'prostrate'x 'Bronze Rambler') Metal Red is a beautiful hardy Aussie shrub with a bountiful display of metallic red flowers held above soft grey foliage.
It is an adaptable plant flowering sporadically throughout
Autumn, and heavily in late Winter and Spring.
'Metal Red looks great planted out amongst other small groundcovers and shrubs, or makes an excellent pot specimen using a premium Australian native potting mix.
'Metal Red' is a hardy plant tolerating extended dry periods and frosty conditions. After establishment in the ground 'Metal Red will only require additional watering during
extended dry periods. Native bees and butterflies find this wonderful plant hard to resist and will visit continuously throughout the flowering
period. Metal Red' grows and flowers best in a well drained soil in a full sun/part shade position. If the soil is poorly drained a raised garden bed is recommended.
