Unique premium lawn seed blend specially formulated for high traffic areas requiring excellent durability, fast establishment and year round colour.

Provides rapid germination and early greening within 7-10 days while allowing the couch grass to establish strongly and gradually become the dominant long term lawn variety. Ideal for family lawns, play areas and hard wearing outdoor spaces.

Contains added wetting agent to improve water penetration and assist seed germination while reducing watering requirements. Suitable for a wide range of soil types with excellent drought tolerance once established.

Blend Composition:
70% La Prima Couch
20% Fine Fescue
10% Turf Ryegrass
Includes Wet Up soil wetting agent

Coverage: Approx. 24 square metres

Best Planting Time:
Spring to late summer in cooler states. Couch germination performs best when soil temperatures are above 21 degrees.

Position: Full sun to part shade

Prepare soil by loosening and levelling the area before sowing seed evenly. Keep soil consistently moist during germination and early establishment. Regular watering may be reduced once lawn is established due to the added wetting agent and drought tolerant seed blend.
