Orthrosanthus multiflorus, commonly known as Morning Flag, is a hardy ornamental perennial forming elegant clumps of long, strappy green foliage. From September through to December, bright blue iris-like flowers are produced freely above the foliage, creating a striking display while attracting bees and other beneficial pollinators. Its upright form and easy-care nature make it an excellent choice for both formal and naturalistic landscapes.

Plant Care
Plant in well drained soil in a full sun to part shade position. Water regularly during establishment, then only during prolonged dry periods. Remove spent flower stems to encourage repeat flowering and maintain a tidy appearance. Feed lightly with a low phosphorus native plant fertiliser during spring if required.
