This fruit variety is medium to large in size, with a green hue when picked and ripening to a yellow hue. Its juicy and smooth-textured flesh is known for its excellent flavor and sweetness. Grafted onto dwarfing root stock. 1.5m x 1.5m

Early February (Early Season).

SUGGESTED POLLINATORS
Beurre Bosc, Nijisseiki, may also be partially self fertile.

COMMENTS
This variety stores well with good keeping qualities. Used for fresh fruit, preserving, and cooking. An upright spreading tree suitable to espalier.

TREE CARE
Plant in a sunny position with well drained and well worked soil. Take care to plant the bud union above the soil level. Water in well and keep soil moist until tree is established. Fertilise when planting and again after new growth appears. Prune tree when planting to encourage new growth.
