TILLANDSIA IONANTHA STRICTA SML

A fascinating variety that changes as it grows, beginning as a fuzzy silver ball and then maturing into more of an upright specimen with thicker silver foliage with a blush and deep purple flower spikes.
Tillandsia's are air plants, meaning they get all they need from the air around them and are not grown in soil, but are mounted onto boards, trees, walls and even rocks. They are easy to grow and thrive in a sheltered position and require only a misting of water regularly.
