Returns and refunds
In Store Purchases
We offer a 7 day return/refund policy for all products purchased instore. These products must be returned in their original packaging and able to be re-sold. Plant life must be returned potted and in the same healthy state as to which it was purchased. Plants that have been planted, pruned or not watered will not be considered for return. A full refund or instore credit is offered.
Shipped Online Purchases
Online images of plant life can differ from our stock on hand. By contacting our friendly staff we can send you a current photo of your prospective purchase to ensure that “what you see is what you get”.
All our orders are hand packed with care, and leave our nursery in the very best condition, ready for the rigors of shipping. Issues can arise in transit which we have no control over.
Our products are shipped on Mondays. This ensures that your purchase is delivered by the end of Friday. If your delivery has not arrived by this time, please contact us immediately by phone on (03) 97413100
Please check your order when it arrives.
If your order arrives in poor condition as a result of shipping issues, please contact our staff by phone (03) 97413100 as soon as possible.
Contacting us via our social media accounts is not a substitute, as we do not check those accounts daily and cannot track your orders through their platforms.
If you have ordered the wrong plant, or changed your mind since purchase, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for plants bought in error.
Once your request to return the online purchase has been processed by our staff you will be notifiedof our the approval or rejection of the refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 of days.
