Mad Hatter is a mild pepper that produces unusual disc shaped fruit with wing like lobes. It has a citrus like flavour that remains sweet, with only mild heat near the seeds. Great to use in salads, pickled or stuffed with cheese. Plant in a full sun position at 45cm apart and harvest from 12 weeks.
