An unusual shrub known as the Evergreen Hydrangea to which it is related.  The flowers are star-shaped with prominent blue stamens and are massed in large, rounded clusters during warmer moths.
An evergreen shrub native to the foothills of the Himalayas from Nepal to China and Vietnam.  Flower colour will be more intense when grown in shade, but the shrub will be more lanky than when grown in full sun.
Respods well to pruning.
