Pegasus is a late maturing variety with large curds. As curds develop bend large outer leaves over the curds to protect them from frosts and or sunburn. Cut curds while still firm and tightly packed. Maturity 13 - 17 weeks Spacing 40 -45c Minimum 12 plants per punnet
