Plant Care
Plant in rich, well drained soil in a sunny to partly shaded position. Keep soil consistently moist to encourage strong growth and firm head formation. Feed regularly with a vegetable fertiliser for best results. Harvest once heads are firm and well developed, or pick outer leaves earlier for baby greens.
Harvesting
Harvest whole heads when mature, or pick individual outer leaves as required. Regular harvesting encourages continued growth and provides a steady supply of fresh leafy greens.
