A favourite and popular variety for its rich colour and ease of growing. A moderate grower that can be grown in containers as a patio plant or on a small obelisk. Originating from Berlin, Germany in 1891.

Growing Tips: Keep moist but not wet at all times. Responds well to pruning after flowering and can be cut to two thirds its size or less if required. Will reflower about eight weeks after pruning during the warmer months. Not ideally suited for a hot or deeply shaded position.
