Coriander leaves, stems, roots and seeds are all used in Asian, Middle-Eastern and Mexican cooking. It can also be referred to as Cilantro and Chinese Parsley. Coriander has feathery flat leaves, very similar to the leaves of Italian Parsley, but that-s where it ends. When Coriander leaves are bruised they have a very pungent aroma.
