Coriander leaves, stems, roots and seeds are all used in Asian, Middle-Eastern and Mexican cooking. It can also be referred to as Cilantro and Chinese Parsley. Coriander has feathery flat leaves, very similar to the leaves of Italian Parsley, but that?s where it ends. When Coriander leaves are bruised they have a very pungent aroma.
