Helleborus × ballardiae 'Merlin' 170mm Pot
Add rich winter colour to shaded gardens with Helleborus 'Merlin', an elegant evergreen perennial producing large, outward-facing blooms that mature through beautiful shades of soft pink, rich rose and dusky mauve.
Helleborus 'Merlin' is a premium winter-flowering variety prized for its long-lasting blooms and refined colour transitions. The large flowers open in delicate soft pink before deepening to rich rose tones with hints of dusky mauve as they mature. Each bloom is highlighted by prominent golden stamens and held above handsome leathery dark green foliage with a subtle silver sheen, creating an eye-catching display throughout the cooler months.

Plant Care
Plant in fertile, well-drained soil enriched with organic matter in a part shade to full shade position, protected from strong winds and harsh afternoon sun. Water regularly, particularly during dry periods, as plants will not tolerate prolonged drought or waterlogged soils. Remove damaged or spent leaves during autumn and cut back old flower stems and ageing foliage in late spring to encourage fresh growth. Apply compost and mulch annually in autumn, and feed container-grown plants regularly with a potassium-rich fertiliser. Ensure good air circulation to minimise the risk of fungal diseases.
Caution:Â All parts of Helleborus are toxic if ingested.
Helleborus 'Merlin' is an outstanding evergreen perennial, combining exquisite colour-changing blooms, attractive year-round foliage and exceptional winter performance to bring elegance and lasting beauty to shaded Australian gardens.
