About Olea Garden Harvest

Olive Garden Harvest is a lovely small growing olive, that will reach 2 to 2.5m in height, and 2m in width. Garden Harvest has grey to green foliage that contrasts with small flowers, followed by masses of fruit in spring and summer, maturing in autumn.

This fruit is excellent for picking and oil making. Be sure to check out the recipe on the other side of this label. Olive Garden Harvest prefers a sunny position in free draining soil, and can be pruned after harvesting to maintain a desired shape.

Because it can be pruned to shape, it is excellent as a hedge and creates a great productive pot plant. Garden Harvest looks best when in a large decorative pot. It is also tolerant to frost, drought and coastal conditions.

Tips for Storing Olives

Jars of olives can be stored in a cool dark place for up to one year. Once a jar has been opened, store in your refrigerator.
