WASABI JAPONICA 125MM

Wasabi Japonica is a very popular ood and plant in Japanses dishes like Sushi, Sashimi and Soba. The paste is made from the root being grated with a floavor profile of disinct floral areomatics that is a heat like mustard and horsradish.

The leave are grat to be used in salads but futhermore the root is the main attraction that takes about 20 months to fully develop amazing flavour. LIkes to be in moist but well drained soil.
Grows up to 15-20cm in length
