Plant Care

Plant in a full sun position with excellent drainage. In eastern Australian gardens with heavier soils, improve drainage by planting on raised mounds or in raised garden beds. Water regularly during establishment, then only during prolonged dry periods. Avoid wet soils for extended periods, particularly during winter. Feed with a low phosphorus native plant fertiliser in spring if required and prune lightly after flowering to maintain shape if desired.
